Return Policy:
* All returns/refunds are given as store credit.
* Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of product (within 7 days of original shipping date) if you wish to request a credit.
* Returns are generally accepted on items that are still in clean and original condition, ie: clean, tags attatched, and in sellable condition.
* We do not accept returns on books, patterns, or used, washed, dirty, or damaged items.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the party making the return.
* We do not credit shipping/return shipping charges.
* Cost of "Free Shipping" (when applicable) may be deducted from the credited cost of product(s) returned.
Shipping Information:
* All shipping is done through the US Postal Service, unless otherwise required or requested.
* Shipping through a carrier other than the US Postal Service may incur additional charges.
* Insurance is provided free of charge on orders with a product value greater than $30.00.
* We may, when shipping charges are similar in cost, choose to upgrade your shipping from USPS Parcel Post to USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge.
* Foreign destinations may incur higher shipping charges as well as duties & tariffs. Please contact us for a quote.
